Friendly staff, especially Kiran at reception. Clean, close to the city centre. Apology for housekeeping interruption. Great customer service, helpful with bags and dinner recommendations. Ahmed at reception makes you feel like a VIP. Nishad went above and beyond with luggage and taxis. The organized breakfast buffet is excellent value at Dhs 35.

I had a wonderful stay at an excellent hotel for our family vacation. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the staff were always pleasing and smiling. Our room was spacious and well-furnished, with all the necessary amenities provided. The breakfast spread was lavish, with a variety of delicious options that changed daily. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and a shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was great, with well-maintained rooms. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the hot showers and the delicious food at the restaurant. The location was perfect for us as it was near a big shopping mall and close to everything we needed in the city.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was superb, close to the metro and airport, with parks nearby and a bakery on site. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, explaining everything and bringing what I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing amenities like an in-room safe, trouser press, and mini-bar. The rooftop pool with its sun loungers and steam room was an added bonus.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
